REFUND POLICY (RETURNS & EXCHANGES)
PLEASE SELECT YOUR ITEMS OF CHOICE CAREFULLY, PLEASE CONTACT US HERE FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES immediately. Once the order goes into the process or has been delivered, refunds and exchanges will not be entertained.
We offer exchanges for our products before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, exchanges won't be entertained. If your order is eligible for return and refund as refer to Returns Policy, then you might place a new order to get the item of your choice.
We accept refunds or exchanges for items ordered due to consumer’s change of mind or slip of hand. But DO NOTE THAT you will need to contact Furxury here immediately, before the order dispatched.
If your order is received, we do not accept items bound to these issues (for example: difference expectation) as stated in clause 8 under Terms & Conditions.
However, if the fault is on us (for example, we sent you the wrong item), Return Item(s) request email must be sent to (for dog treat only) within 7 days of receiving the products. Despite any issues, all item(s) are strictly not eligible for return after 7 days of receiving the products if We didn't receive email from you within the time frame.
On the other hand, after receiving your request, We will send you a confirmation email whether the item(s) you received is fair enough to be returned. PLEASE ONLY DELIVER THE RETURN ITEMS TO OUR ADDRESS WHEN YOU RECEIVED CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM US. You may then deliver the return item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving our confirmation email through any courier. All return postage are to be borne by customers. FURXURY reserves the right to refuse/reject any request if the returned item(s) failed to reach to us within 7 days from the confirmation email.
Returns are only allowed by following terms:
Returns can only be done for items with totally different descriptions (for example: ordered peanut butter dog treat but received sweet popato dog treat).
All returns notifications must be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Any re-delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are not allowed by following terms:
Damaged item caused by your own mishandling of item.
Colour difference due to photo shooting light and angle display.
Size issues. This issue will not be treated as defect item and is not liable for returns. You must make sure which size (or portion) you want before buying it. The size guide will be available under each product descriptions.
Smell of the item.
Dislike item based on personal reasons (for example: different expectation)

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
Please allow us some time for inspection because the return package will take time to reach us. We will then inspect the item(s) and get back to you as soon as possible whether the item(s) is eligible for returns. We will notify you when the decision is made through email (email@example.com).
Please note that if returns item(s) are approved, refunds will be made and we will notify you through email (). If the item(s) is eligible for refunds, the total amount of refunds including the item(s) price you paid for and the delivery fees will all be borne by us.
However, if the item is not eligible for returns after inspection. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the said returned item. The product will be delivered back to you and no refund will be made. All return postage is to be borne by customers.
TRACKING YOUR RETURN
The responsibility of the package is on you until we received the item. Hence, please handle the delivery package in well-manner method to prevent lost and damage of the product. We strongly recommend courier service with traceable delivery method for your peace of mind. Kindly ensure the tag (if there’s any) and plastic are intact before returning the item back to us. We reserved the right to refuse/reject the returned item(s) if the item(s) reach us in a damage condition.
